dc.description.abstractInitially a stream sediment sampling programme consisting of 110 samples was completed. Numerous anomalous values were obtained from throughout the licence with a maximum value of 321.2ppb Au. A grid was established in the north of the licence to follow up the anomalies. 110 soil samples were collected. Low levels of anomalism were encountered (maximum 19.1ppb Au). This was disappointing given the order of anomalism in the stream sediment sampling. In part the extent and thickness of the soil programme may account for this. The 3 rock chip samples were collected from zones of quartz veining and alteration. The results were disappointing.en_US
