dc.description.abstractThe ground magnetic survey showed a broad magnetic high trending WNW. Modelling of the data suggest a magnetic source at approximately 90m depth. The RC drill hole did not intersect any magnetic or oxidised magnetic material-no significant assay were recorded. No further drilling is recommended as the massive cherty material beneath the metadolerite could have been caused by contact metamorphism. The baking of the sediment causing silicification, recrystallization and dispersion of existing magnetite.en_US
