Reconnaissance stream sediment and loam sampling identified several possible kimberlitic indicator minerals defining two principle source areas. Detailed geochemistry and geophysics defined their source. Petrographic analysis of samples from auger drill holes identified it as olivine-alkaline basalt-not a potentially diamond bearing source rock. Chromites derived from other localities from within EL are derived from similar low interest rock types. On this basis no further work is recommended.en_US
