dc.description.abstractSurface examination has failed to indicate any significant mineralisation in the form of gossans, or gossanous quartz. The results from drainage sampling was low. Arsenic analysis of ground water samples were low indicating a low potential for gold mineralisation. Being in the ground water recharge zone would mean that for any mining etc severe environmental controls would be emplaced. With these considerations the area was allowed to expire.en_US
