Alluvium-colluvium concentrated and panned all showed traces of gold. Some grains suggest secondary deposition origin. Outcrop sampling did not reflect colluvium-alluvium drainage sampling results. RAB drilling failed to indicate source of surface gold. It is surmised that most probable source of colluvial gold is dispersion from a now eroded palaeochannel. No hardrock gold occurrence is believed to exist within area.en_US
