dc.description.abstractCentral Electricity Generating Board Exploration (Australia) Pty Limited (CEGBEA) began exploration in the Rum Jungle area primarily for uranium in 1986. This report presents the results of work carried out on the forty seven (47) blocks which were relinquished from EL 4879 at the end of the second year of tenure. Most of the detailed investigations on this EL relate to areas retained for the third year of tenure. Regional studies however, including the reprocessing of NT Department of Mines & Energy airborne magnetic and radiometric data took in the relinquished ground. The relevant results of a regional INPUT survey and ground geophysical traverses are also reproduced in this' report.en_US
