The licence was explored for diamonds and base metal mineralisation. Work undertaken during the licence life included diamond and geochemical stream sampling, soil and rock chip sampling, mapping, airborne magnetics and radiometrics, gradient array IP and RC drilling. 11 RC drill holes were drilled in the last year of tenure to mainly test the main geochemical anomaly coincident with a low ridge of silica +/- barite rock. The assays of the drill samples gave a maximum value of 5.82% Pb. A review of all data suggested that most of EL 5359 contains only a thin veneer of basal Daly Basin sediments, including Tindall Limestone. The prospectivity of the licence was consequently downgraded and the tenement was allowed to expire.en_US
