| Abstract: | Digital Information Package 047 (DIP 047) contains an interpretation-ready Kingdom seismic project for the greater McArthur Basin, including the Beetaloo Sub-basin. The greater McArthur Basin is an extensive Palaeo-Mesoproterozoic sedimentary basin that extends across much of the northern third of the Northern Territory and contains thick sedimentary successions prospective for energy and mineral resources. This package supports basin-scale geological assessment by bringing together legacy and more recently acquired seismic and well datasets from across the greater McArthur Basin region. The package updates and expands the original Interpretation-ready Kingdom seismic project - Beetaloo Sub-basin, released as Digital Information Package 019 in 2018. |
