Warburton-Pedirka-Eromanga basins SEEBASE update

Abstract

The Northern Territory SEEBASE is a regional map and grid of the depth to economic basement for petroleum systems. The SEEBASE maps the basin shape and depth by mapping major basement structures and the base of the sedimentary structures. The Warburton-Pedirka-Eromanga SEEBASE Update has redefined basement structures and tectonic events, as well as refined the depth and geometry of the overlying basin systems of the Northern Territory SEEBASE in the south east of the Northern Territory.
