•	The collar locations for holes D1-01 to D1-15 were not recorded.  There is a note in the GR016_2018_GA_BinEx Geological Report, which details “Drilling on Dam 1 was hampered by difficult soft ground conditions and drilling with the RC track rig was abandoned in favour of auger drilling to acquire some samples, at least, for grade verification. The four holes in Dam 1X were also augered due to the shallow thickness of the tailings (see Figure 3).  GPS coordinates for the Dam 1 holes were not recorded but the auger holes were distributed to cover all of the dam”
•	The start and end date for each hole was not recorded.  In the GR016_2018_GA_DrillCollars report, I have detailed that each hole was drilled between 1-Jan-2016 and 31-Jan-2016, which is an approximation.
•	Regarding H1003 (Lower detection limit), H1004 (Accuracy), H1005 (Upper detection limit) and H1006 (assay indicator), this information was not detailed in the assay report
