Beetaloo 2D SS 2011 and 2012 data recording information supplied by CGG Veritas 21/12/2015  (JB).

There are 3 datasets:
Beetaloo 2D SS 2011 - Geokinetics acquisition
Beetaloo 2D SS 2012 - Terrex acquisition
Beetaloo 2D SS 2012 - WesternGeco acquisition
Each dataset is supplied on a separate HDD or on 2 x LTO5 tapes 

Data shot by WesternGeco and by Terrex is in a slightly different format.
The number of channels recorded,  the record lengths and the way the data is recorded on tape in each part of the 2012 data is different.

WesternGeco data

ON HDD the raw data should be readable the same way as each record has been written separately, but on tape   the information about the recording may be needed to understand the data.
