AB  - During 2019 Boral informed the landowner that MLN 321 was to be retained and on 9 August 2019 equipment was mobilised to the site for the purpose of undertaking removal of any scrap metal that was obscured following the 2009 clean-up of the area. Upon the machinery reaching the site the landowner refused Boral access to the title. Evidence of Boral mobilisation of equipment is offered on Page 4. Boral incurred costs of $2,500 for mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment, which has been allocated in the 2019 Expenditure Report as rehabilitation expenses.
