AB  - Initial investigations of the tenement focused on research and compilation of relevant data from old open file reports as well as re-processing of historical geophysics. Compilation of available GIS data was also carried out. A fieldtrip was carried out to the tenement area from 8th - 12th March, 2007 shortly after grant of the license. The visit was part of a regional overview of tenements acquired in the region The visit coincided with the aftermath of Cyclone George which caused widespread flooding in the region. Access to the project area was therefore restricted to major sealed roads and several all - weather gravel shire roads. Coherent exploration models focusing on several commodities have now been established and include targets for gold, uranium, tin and copper.
