The survey was able to acquire 10 new seismic lines with a total 448.4km of seismic data. The main purpose of this survey was to obtain additional information as to the general structure of the offshore area of OP2. AB - The Bonaparte Gulf Basin is separated into a southern and northern zone by the Queens Channel. From a previous survey, it seemed that the Queen's Channel was a high, fairly faulted area. The predominant structure of the area is a closure measuring approximately 2 by 4 miles. Those areas with structures or indicated structures require a closer grid for complete delineation.
