AB  - Exploration activities by Tellus included initial assessment of open file geochemical and geophysical data, detailed review of petroleum well data, seismic interpretation and modelling, geochemical analysis and mineralogical investigation of core samples from previously drilled petroleum wells. Two petroleum wells; Mt Charlotte 1 and Magee 1 lie within the area now covered by EL 27972. Sample material for both wells is stored at the NTGS Core Facility in Alice Springs. The material was sampled by Terra Search for Tellus Holdings on the 8th August 2011. Analysis conducted on the selected samples included portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, ICP-Optical Emission Spectrometry, SIE (Specific Ion electrode), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and petrography.
