AB  - Activities on the licence were restricted to office research and two site visits, pending the outcome of joint venture discussions with prospective interested parties. These discussions were delayed by change in ownership of neighbouring tenements. In early 2010, ABM Resources NL acquired the Northern Territory exploration tenement portfolio of Tanami Exploration NL. This deal included the purchase of a suite of assets from Newmont Asia Pacific Ltd, including tenements adjoining Vivter's EL 23474 (ABM Resources, 2010). Prior to this, Vivter had been in joint venture discussions with Newmont Tanami Pty Ltd. Vivter is now in discussions with ABM. ABM has proposed drill testing Vivter's project in November/December 2010 or early 2011, prior to any finalisation of farm-in or joint venture arrangements. ABM's 'Kroda' gold project lies about 20 kilometres north of EL 23474. Vivter Pty Ltd conducted two reconnaissance field trips to the project during the period, but no work was done to generate numerical results.
