AB  - This Annual Technical Report documents the 2007/2008 exploration program conducted at the Ethel Creek Gold prospect (EL 25382) by Uranium Oil & Gas (UOG). UOG has an agreement with the tenement holder Bralich Holdings Pty Ltd whereby it can earn 70% by spending the minimum of 2 years expenditure. UOG is the tenement operator. The Ethel Creek prospect is located on the southwest Arunta block 370 km WNW of Alice Springs NT. Previous explorers in the area have delineated a significant soil anomaly over 3km in length, highest soil assays was 31 ppb Au with shallow follow up drilling returning a maximum assay of 43.9 ppb Au. There are no known mines or resources established in the area. UOG's first year activities included literature research, field reconnaissance, soil sampling, rock chip sampling, a ground checking some radiometric granites, GIS database and drafting. Results to date have been encouraging. UOG plans to drill test the soil anomaly during 2008.
