AB  - The report contains exploration details on the Frankenia tenements.  Work included posthole geochemistry, regolith studies and interpretation of the surface geochemistry from the regional sampling program carried out in 1999.  Two phases of posthole drilling were carried out on EL 8283 and intersected granite, no continuous anomalism was defined.  Exploration on EL 8284 and EL8931 was limited to field reconnaissance and interpretation of the surface sampling results and regolith data.  Five postholes were drilled to test low-level surface geochemistry and basement geology over EL 9249, however no anomalous results were detected.  The drilling intersected Antrim Plateu Volcanics and sedimentary units, possibly from the Mt. Winnecke Formation.  Further work will investigate potential for gold mineralisation in enclaves within the Frankenia granite and around small intrusions.
