AB  - The wet programme on E.L. 12 was completed early in April. Interpretation of? the results obtained from the 1972/72 wet programme continued during the period. Extensive planning was done for the next phase of exploration during the dry season from June until December, 1972. A proposal for this programme was submitted to the Mines Department for approval on may 8, 1972 and the programme commenced when verbal approval was obtained from the mines Department early in June. Preparations for the dry programme continued through the period and Trayan Drilling Co. Pty. Limited, a subsidiary of Associated Portland Cement manufacturers, have been selected for this year?s drilling programmes. A contract is currently being negotiated with this company.
A down hole radiometric logging contract has been awarded to Geoscience Incorporated and it is expected that a contract will be approved early in the next period.
