Abstract: EL 31251 was granted in March 2016. First partial relinquishment was effected in October 2019, and second partial relinquishment, subject of this report, effected in November 2020. Primary target commodities are base metals, gold, nickel, cobalt, PGE's, Mo and W. There are no mines, deposits or prospects within the relinquished area. About one quarter of the area has outcrop of Arunta Complex metamorphics or Amadeus Basin sediments. Gempart believe, on the basis of previous exploration results, that potential exists for IOCG-type deposits with altered granites or skarn deposits in Arunta Complex, and sediment hosted base metals in the Amadeus Basin. Work for the duration of tenure of the relinquishment ground comprised review of all government geotechnical database's, and review, re-compilation and re-evaluation of the expansive datasets collected by Mithril Resources as part of their Sammy project over the period 2009-2014. No area of interest were identified, and no new data acquired, within the relinquished part of the EL.
