Abstract: A radiometric survey was conducted over the quartz ridge east of the Patmungala Syncline and over the Mount Eclipse Sandstone and around 20 Mile Bore. Altered granitic rocks near quartz veins gave the highest readings. Small outcrops of granite west of Wanabi Camp gave high readings where intrusive quartz veins are present. A UV-fluorescent mineral was found. Local aboriginal labour will be used to undertake trenching with jack-hammers. Specimens of plant fossils were collected from the Mount Eclipse Sandstone. Radiometric surveys were completed over the Mount Eclipse Sandstone and parts of the Kerridy Sandstone and Djagamara Formations and a radiometric map is being compiled. AP 3308 became EL 551.
