| Abstract: | Intensive exploration for lead-zinc mineralisation continued on EL 247 during the period 30th June 1976 to 29th June 1977. Seismic refraction has been employed as a primary sub-surface mapping method, with follow-up in the prospective areas with induced polarization, electromagnetics, and ground magnetics. Drilling continued in the main area of mineralisation near Sandy Creek. Palynological and petrological studies were carried out on some cores. |
